HR Award – HRS4R
HR Award – HRS4R
The NTC Team represents the most valuable NTC's asset. That is why NTC strives for continuous HR development. Following our effort to become more involved in the European Research Area, we signed up to comply with the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. In December 2018 we obtained HR AWARD certification, which is awarded by the European Commission to research institutions implementing HRS4R (The Human Resources Strategy for Researchers) based on the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. These principles generally apply to all NTC our employees.
